Start Searching for a New Home:    After you have recieved the information about Arizona we will help you get a better feel for the market.  We will also be able to set you up  custom home searchs for you.  This will give you a better idea of how much home you can purchase.

Getting Pre-qualified for a Loan:   This is a very important step in the home buying process.  This process will help you determine things like; home price you feel comfortable with, monthly payment, down payment options and interest rate.  This will get you ready to put an offer on a home when the time is right.  We have an outstanding group of loan officers in our database and would be proud to share that list with you.

Plan a Trip to Arizona to Scout the Area:  You have your pre -qual letter and have done your market research now this step involves a planned trip to Arizona to see the different areas and home styles.  Let the Thomas Davis Group know when your trip is scheduled so we can make the proper appointments.

Home Purchase and making the move:  Now that you have educated yourself this is the phase where you find the perfect home for you and your family.  This is a fun part of the process you will need to take all your wants and needs into consideration when finding the ideal home.
