Joy in WaitingOver the years I have filled a number of journals, and this morning I felt prompted to reflect on journal notes from about 10 year ago. I had made a list of thirty (30) things that I would like to do with my life in my notes and from that list I have accomplished eleven (11) things on that list. So I need to get "cracking" and complete the other nineteen (19) things I want to do with my life. It's great to be reminded of the things Father spoke to my heart in those quiet moments and the dreams that was placed in my heart during those times. As leaders, this is a great practice to adapt. Take time to journal your thoughts, dreams, visions, ideas, and experiences to record your leadership journey. Then you will have something to return and reflect on. A Word of WisdomLet your wisdom guide your actions today. Wisdom always waits for the right time to act, while emotions always pushes for action right now! What is it that you need an answer to that is causing you to push for action right now? STOP and check your emotions, then ask Father for wisdom to wait for the right time to act.
